Firs: I love the colours! There's an aura of mystery and some kind of mytchic feeling in the painting.
As for constuctive critisism (since you requested): the blonde girl's hand holding the harp looks abit big to me. Also, the outline could be abit more sharper maybe? But then, maybe that would ruin the magic in the painting, dont know. I can't also tell where the light is coming from? At first glance it seems like coming from the left, but also from the horizon behind the pilar?
